Equipment Manger

*Create and Maintain Football Equipment & Uniform List 

* Create and Maintain Cheer Equipment & Uniform List

* Maintains all paperwork & tracking for all equipment

*Organize and distribute equipment when needed and maintain the storage

*Assist with Board approved Fundraising events          


Social Media Director

*Maintain and manage COPWA webpage

*Maintain and manage all COPWA social media sites

*Responsible for taking photographs and video at all COPWA games and events

*Assist with Board approved Fundraising events


Compliance Officer

*Make sure all paperwork for participants is current version and completed properly

*Perform Association level book check prior to League level checks

*Make sure all volunteers have completed and passed all background check requirements

*Participate in park fundraisers
